Dr. Sir:
I have the honor to inform you that the roof of the Boston School Building, 17th and I streets, still leaks in many places. I write these things unto you lest you may not know that the efforts of Mr. Davis, since the last rain, (employed to repair the roof), have not resulted in making said roof sufficiently tight to keep out the rain.
