United States Department Of The Interior National Park Service Washington Address Only The Director, National Park Service March 20, 1941. Memorandum for the Superintendent, National Capital Parks: As you know, there are temporarily housed at the Ft. Washington Reservation two autogiros which this Service recently obtained from the United States Army Air Corps. In order to handle the necessary maintenance of these machines it is requested that the Superintendent of Camp NP-4, Ft. Washington be instructed to place the necessary orders for parts, gas, oil, tools, etc., which may be needed in this connection. It is also requested that a monthly report of these expenditures be submitted to this office in order that we may take steps to reimburse the camp for the amount spent. (SGD.)
