Dear Sir:
This Service is in need of a Tachometer for one of our Kellett Autogiros, the same to be installed in the front cockpit.

We understand that you have the Tachometer at Fairfield Air Depot, Fairfield, Ohio.

The War Department has advised us that a charge of $25.20 would be made for this item. It is desired that it is purchased on a reimbursable basis.

Sincerely yours,
