MEMORANDUM for Major Hefley:

Regarding the payment of expenses involved in delivering the plane that is being transferred to the Indian Service, for use on the Navajo Indian Reservation, this is to advise that Mr. E. R. Fryer, General Superintendent of the Navajo Agency, will meet the plane when it arrives in Albuquerque and will make all necessary arrangements to issue transportation authorities to cover transportation of the pilot back to his base.

The expenses will be paid from an applicable appropriation to be specified by Mr. Fryer when he issues the transportation request. Mr. Fryer will also make the necessary arrangements to reimburse the pilot for his per diem expenses.
