Attention: Mr. W. F. Palmer

Gentlemen:

This is in reply to your letter of October 3 with reference to repairs necessary to the six rotor blades now at your factory. We have decided to attempt to make these repairs here in the Interior Department carpenter shop, and it is therefore requested that shipment be made by freight to the National Park Service, Department of the Interior, Washington, D.C.

Mr. Prewitt informed us that he would send the necessary instructions and drawings to enable our carpenters to do this work.

Sincerely yours,
