[[margin]] Mr. Knabenshue You know the answer now. Roy [[/margin]]

October 20, 1941.

Memorandum for Mr. [[strikethrough]] Wirth [[/strikethrough]] AN:

We received notice from the War Department, that on October 27, 1941 there will be a MARK UP meeting at the factory of the Platt-La Page Company at Eddystone, Pa. (Near Chester).

Under the Act of June 30, 1938, authorizing further development of Rotary Wing Type Aircraft, a Committie [[Committee]] was appointed composed of the various Government Agencies interested in this type of Aircraft. The National Park Service has been a member and represented at each meeting held so far.

I believe we should be represented at this meeting on the 27th, as it is quite possible that the Helicopter at the Eddystone plant is ready for trials, and as this is the latest development, I would like to be present.
