Head Quarter Asst. Com. D.C.
Washington, D.C. August 13 1867

The Board met at 11 o'clock, A.M. all the members being present.

The board recommend that a monthly rent of thirty five (35) dollars be paid from the First day of August, 1867., as long as the building is occupied as at present by the office and Industrial School.
