Saml. J. Wright, D. O. B R F. & A L, Baltimore Md." and to cause the same to be delivered to that officer for shipment to Montgomery, (it being understood that the prices to be charged [[strikethrough]] stated [[/strikethrough]] by them will include the cost of transportation to Baltimore. x Major Brown will take up and account for the material so purchased, he will transfer the same to Lieut L.
