States that the Brig Julia E. Arey sails to night; That he has had great difficulty in completing the cargo of this vessel, and is in doubt about getting any more lumber loaded. If the ice does not leave the river by to-morrow noon the vessels will have to take steam and get out at once or lay there until spring.
