FRAMINGHAM. MASS.,

The collection in Mortgage interest is about the same as usual. Have met Sullivan each Wednesday and Saturday since January 22nd. His promise today was next Saturday. Positively? Cashier of Farmers & Mechanics Savings Bank. holder of 1st mortgage called up to see if we would assume that mortgage, as they would close it out by sale later on, if better payments are not made to them for this account. If I can get this interest, will try and get Mr. Howard. interested, as it is quite a large tract of land, suitable for apartments such as he builds. I hope we will not have to take it over. Made a special trip to Cambridge, to look over deeds of the property, for a plan of the same, but none was available. Abdelmaseh. owes $50. since January 12th plus $12.22, their portion of State Tax, which was paid by us. Howard. State Tax, paid by us was $37.52. We have received this amount from him. After a numbers trips to National Bank, with Piscitello checks, was finally able to get $101.00 February 2, 10, 16, and 17, to collect.

No news on houses.

Best regards to all,
Your brother,
Bill
