Dear Raymond:

Best wishes for this birthday, with many happy days after that day. Mr. Hoover says, "Prosperty is just around the corner" this means happiness for all. I hope he is correct; for once!!!

Now for the sad, and good news (if any).

Usual monthly statement is enclosed.

Schofield at #70 Pearl Street, is so far behind in rent, am of opinion we will have all four tenements idle soon. Heres hoping that Prosperty is correct.

Was able to get interest due from Abdelmaseh, on account of insurance premium returned, on account of former manufacturing business being detached from house intirely. I insisted on taking this amount before paying any premium return.

Am glad that you are willing to let the fund go, as is, at present, and do not understand why your mortgage cannot ride, in-stead of having further title work on it. Will have to draw $1000/00 from Trust Savings account, November 1st, in order to pay taxes due. When I spoke to Lill about loaning some of the funds to you: The answer was "I need it more than he does". Her mortgage is about $10,000.

Understand from Mother, on receipt of letter from Ruth, that Peter is O.K.now. Hope it continues that way. Mother went to Cambridge late Saturday night.

Best regards to all,
Your brother

Bill.
