Dear Raymond:
 Your letter of June 29th, is received. I thank you for the renewal of insurance, was glad to have correction of address in letter, as, it would be necessary to hire handwriting expert otherwise.

 Monthly statement is enclosed as usual: You will notice some credit is given to Old Colony and Garage, but, this is one more note. Did not hear anything obout the $300.00 (April 14, 1933.) With exception of $300. note, interest due to June 30th, amounts to $120.12. Would state that some booths and draft beer equipment have been installed at the Old Colony.

 On our liquidation account; to cover special agreement, you will notice that this amount is taken from Framingham Trust Savings Dept. Leaving balance of $5197.37: This is on account of funds necessary for painting and carpenter work when completed; Men are on job daily., and, am of opinion that we made a good trade.

 No further news from Smeltz.

 Mother is bothered by many Oil burner and Boiler Salesmen;
seems to be awaiting some information from you!

 I hope that your ear trouble will improve.

 Best regards to all,

Your brother,

[[signature]] Bill,

P.S. Blacksmith shop is being demolished: Sold for $1.00 to prevent any Public Liability. Hope to improve landscape appearance: Better late than never. Still hope to get some Oil company interested on account of bulk delivery from New Haven, also retail.

Bill
