Dear Raymond:

I am enclosing the usual monthly statement.
No further information to offer, with the exception that, all of the Pearl Street houses have paid the usual rent in advance, also, there is more repairs to be made on bulkheads at #70-72-74, and some minor repairs, such as blocked conductor, and stopping of some minor drafts at various points. "What the hell."

Understand Mother has gone to Cambridge for a few days, glad to hear that all are well.

Your brother,
Bill.
