Dear Raymond: Sorry to be late in answer to your letter of January 14th; Have had Lill. and Henry, read the letter, as requested. I enclose usual monthly statement; also, list of assets as of January 1, 1935. Also find enclosed some of copies which will go with the Federal Tax return, which might interest you, but, would request that these be returned for my records. Received check from Henry yesterday to amount of $1600.00 for account of notes; fully signed, payable to Realty Trust, but not dated as yet; to be dated upon sale of 100 shares os United Aircraft at $15.3/4. Have agreed that at this time $400.00 will be destributed to each. Henry to receive further credit on note; Lill. to receive credit for note $200.00 plus $200.00 in cash. You and myself to receive the cash, balance of $600.00 to go into the cash credit. This is one of the "When as and if issued" propositions, hope it goes through. Hope the distribution as listed is OK. Was able to dig $80.00 out of Mc Cann. this month, but, have not got anything out of Abdelmasch. thus far. We are having pleanty of cold weather here, was as low as 20 below yesterday, today 18 below, it is 13 above at 10.10 AM. The coal pile is getting hell, but understand the oil heaters are using plenty. Lill. stated that the thermostat was set at 75, but, they could not get 65. Am of opinion that the boiler is not large enough for the house in this case. Best regards to all, Your brother, Bill.
