2 MAIN STREET
FRAMINGHAM, MASS.

July 1, 1935.

Dear Raymond:
Enclosed usual monthly statement.

Will possibly make out a statement as of June 30th, at which time depreciation allowed by Federal Tax Commission will be deducted in order to save from so called Corporation valuation, or, shares. Understand from Boston office that one will be due soon.

After mailing last letter to you, at which time you asked about the Williams-O'Brien combination. I had to go to South end in order to mail the letter; after which time, stopped at Mothers. I was told at that time that furnished apartment had been rented for a term of three months, from some Prof. who had gone away for the summer. It is located on Beacon Street, which is off Concord.

Have not had time to have a talk with Henry as per your suggestion. It would be a hard one to dope out; when you take over the stack instead of cash, and, at the same time allow him a further credit on notes held, through usual liquidation to amount of $400.00 as figured.

Understand Lizzie and Louhie, are planning on taking Mother on some sort of trip over the holiday; weather permitting.

Understand we have a large income due from them garages; about $4.00 but, Henry was so busy did not have time to give the exact amount, therefore, will put it in the July receipts.

Will agree with you on the mortages, but try and get any payments on principle.

Am sorry we did not invest on Sullivan mortgage. House has been remodeled, and about six large houselots are available. Franklin Street bridge and road from south end to centre, is completed and land ought to be desirable.

Best to all,
Your brother,
Bill -
