Dear Raymond,

Am enclosing usual monthly statement; only thing missing is, Kellogg Street property on credit side.

It will be necessary to fix two of fire places, previous to carpenterwork at Kellogg Sreet property; that is in drawing room and living room: Carpenter stated that he would not attempt to strengthen, or jack up floors, until fireplases were straightened out, as they might fall out, thereby causing additional expense to use, having engaged both mechanics for the job, but, am being delayed on account of their ability to do some outside work at this time. In regards to oil heater have received bids to install complete, Electrol $240.00- Timken $260.00, also had Gilbert & Barker local representative look it over, but, have not received any bid as yet.

Am enclosing two letters received from Boston office of the National Ben Franklin Fire Insurance Company which are to your interest: Was requesting information on smoke damage from Oil burners at the same time that I was argueing about your policy; did not ask for information on your location but happened to receive it: kindly return letters to me, at your convenience.

Account for aid of Uncles etc, is down to $260.00 today.

No information from Home Owners Loan, regarding Mc Cann. or Galvin.

RE: Hotel Bond, Hartford Conn.
