Mr. Chatterton, is very enthusiastis [[enthusiastic]] over the proposition, but says that all of his money is tied up in the Garage. It would be a question with him of selling out and putting all his money ( 8 - 10,000 dollars) into aircraft with probably a working interest, or nothing. At the present time he does not feel disposed to invest. However he has a good imagination and agrees with us as to the possibilities of aircraft. He "laddered" us up to the roof and showed how a plane might alight and take off from his roof when his present place is enlarged. We talked with him about the matter of supplying air- gasoline , oils and doing machine shop work, just to feel him out. He said he would co-operate with us in any possible way, outside of putting in any money at the present time.

Over the phone last night Mr. Doon said he would see us sometime after April 1st.

We expect W. F. Long, of the International Aircraft out to see us this noon, and he will probably go to lunch with us. Will give you a report as to his proposition.

Weather contiues [[continues]] fine.

We expect to take in what money we have already hooked this coming week, and then put on a real campaign for the balance of the ten thousand.

Hope this finds you well.

Cheerio.
