Mr. W. E. Brooks,
Framingham, Mass.,
Dear Bill;-
For your information wish to state that we intend to bend every effort during the coming week to secure the odd thousand dollars which we require to affect delivery of the Avro now at Weston,
We are asking about twelve old prospective shareholders to give us a definite word during the next week, including your father. Mrs. Long phoned me to state that she is sending us a check to cover one share. We received the milford contract this morning with a check of ten dollars to close it. This calls for a 30 minute non-stop flight for $100.
How about taking some stock yourself? If you could take two or three shares or even one, and Mrs. Brooks one or two it would help a great deal. We are sounding every body out and and are trying to insist on a definite answer in each case. Its either a case of getting started this month, or dissolve the company, as I see it.
