March. 5, 1926.

My dear Mr Trevor:

Mrs Bartlet, the daughter of Mr Lee, called with me at the Seligman Galleries Wednesday afternoon March third and looked over Mr Lee's paintings with the object of making a selection of about eighteen of the best of them. We could add or take away from this list when it comes time to hang them or perhaps you could tell better than any of us just how many would nicely fit in the gallery — We were very sorry not to have seen you. —

The list is as follow. using the numbers in the French Catalogue -. The largest ones are as follows. Number. 3, 7, 12, 13, 18, 20, 21, 29. and should another be needed, could use number 22. The middle size paintings are number 2, 4, 9, 15 and 17. The smallest ones are 10, 16, 25, 28, 32 and should there be needed any more of this size we could use number 8, 6, 1 —

When you get ready to hang them please let me know

Sincerely Yours,

John W Dawson
