Dear Georges:
Thank you for your letter dated 4 December 1948 which you have me the other day concerning the projected exhibition of drawings, gouaches and water colours listed together with their description and history. We shall add the two Segonzac water colours which you suggested, making a total of eleven framed items.

I understand that the pictures are insured by your good selves during transportation and during the show as well.

We shall show the pictures from Monday, 10 January through Saturday, 29 January. We shall pick them up at your gallery Friday, 7 January and return them (very few, we hope) Monday, 31 January.

We are having the catalogue made by the Beck Engraving Company and shall not fail to send you one of the proofs. Would you care for publicity's sake to write a few lines for a forward signed either by you or Germain Seligmann? If not, we shall content ourselves with your notes on each picture.

With renewed thanks for your cooperation I am

Most cordially yours,
