My dear Mrs. Parker:

Thanks for your letter of September 25. Surely by now the tardy watercolors have reached you. I note that you will take care of the shipment to Philadelphia and the delivery to the American Water Color Society--and I trust that you will have the five paintings sent to the Midtown Galleries.

With reference to out-of-town shipments--you are at liberty to use Budworth whenever necessary and charge the item to my account with you. As I stated in my last letter, I found it convenient in my connection with Babcock to clean up all such items--expressage, packing, etc.--at the end of the season, thus avoiding exchange on a number of small checks from here (see Babcock bill enclosed.) I should appreciate it very much indeed if you could accomodate me likewise--if not, you can have Budworth bill me directly, as he did during last season when Babcock was not functioning. Budworth has been forwarding paintings for me since I first exhibited in New York in 1931.

It will be helpful to have you check on the receipt for this first group of paintings any that you may like more than others. I hope that Mr. Seligmann is pleased with my work, and any comments that you care to pass along will be gratefully received. How about presentation?--I had the frames refinished and the job was hardly started when I left for Puerto Rico.

Best to you--
