September 25th., 1934.

My dear Mr. Dehner:

I just returned from Europe and was preparing to acknowledge receipt of your letter of August 30th., when your letter of September 18th. arrived.

Up to the present time the water-colours mentioned in those two letters have not been received. However I shall write to the Mohr Art Galleries in Toledo today, and inquire about them.

As regards the expenses in connection with shipping, etc., I will see that the shipment is made to the Pennsylvania academy*- provided of course, that we receive them from the Mohr Galleries - and we will send you an invoice for same. In the future, where shipments are to be made out of town, would it be possible for you to make the necessary arrangements with some forwarding agent here, such as Budworth? Unfortunately we have not a sufficiently large personnel to take care of packing, etc. There will not, of course, be any charge for our services.

Trusting that we may have great success during the coming season,

Your very truly.

* We will also have the water-colors delivered to the American Water Color Society.
