My dear Mr. Dehner:

In going through some papers today, I found the enclosed receipted bill from the Babcock Galleries which you sent us some time ago and which you then requested us to return to you. I am indeed sorry that it is only now being sent to you.

There is a great deal of activity in our business just now with probably as many people as ever visiting exhibitions, however the results from the financial point of view are not very gratifying.

I hope to go to the Brooklyn Museum show, which as you know opens next week and will send you a catalogue of it - though you probably will receive one yourself.

Yours very sincerely,

Dept. of Contemporary American Art.
