Mr. von Schulthess -2-
January 10th., 1941.

You informed me that payment would be made by a bank transfer. Will you thus instruct your representative that it will have to be made to the account of the Estate of Clarence H. Mackay, at the IRVING TRUST CO., 1 Wall Street, N.Y.C.

TItle to these items will pass to you as soon as payment will have been effected and these items will be at your disposal then, at the warehouse - which as you know is the WEISSBERGER MOVING & STORAGE, Inc., 214 E. 22nd., Street, New York. However, I will, of course, be glad to carry out for his account, whatever packing and shipping instructions your son wishes to give me, as the responsibility of the Estate terminates (this also, of course, applies to insurance) when title passes to the purchaser.

Yours very sincerely,

(Germain Séligmann)
