ACTING AS AGENTS FOR THE ESTATE OF CLARENCE H. MACKAY.

January 30th., 1941.

Dear Mr. de Schulthess:

This is just to acknowledge receipt of your little note of January 26th.

Should you be able to give me your instructions before Wednesday of next week (February 5th) I would appreciate it, as I will be leaving then for the West for about a month's time. However, should you not be able to do so until later, will you be good enough to communicate with my secretary, Mrs. T. D. Parker, who will take care of the whole matter.

We will gladly attend, for you, to all the details - as you ask me to - and therefore just let us know what you want done and dismiss it from your mind.

Should I not see you before I leave I hope you will not fail to communicate with me later on as I would such enjoy seeing you.

With my best regards,

Yours very sincerely,

(Germain Séligmann)
