Dear Hugh:

Please find with these lines the little glass bowl, which you were kind enough to promise to take to Palm Beach as my Christmas thought to Anna.

I am also sending you the photographs which I showed you this morning, of the beautiful Vermeil table service, together with the historical data, a list of the various items and their descriptions - by whom they were made, etc.

For the whole set, as I told you, One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.) is being asked, but the Administrators of the Duke de Sachsen Feinar Sisanach would eventually be willing to divide the set in smaller lots.

I would be very glad if you would kindly show these photographs to Anna, as it might perhaps interest her to complete the table service she has already.

If she is interested in some of the items, kindly let me know the pieces of her choice and I shall be glad to negotiate for them on your behalf.
