August 8th., 1938.

Dear Anna,

In the same enclosure, please find the formal confirmation of the items you purchased the other day, and which I trust you will find correct.

I hope that in the meanwhile you have received my memorandum regarding the address for the creams, which I shall be delighted to take back to you in America.

I plan to sail on the NORMANDIE, August 26th., which will get me to New York on the 1st. of September, thus making it possible for me to accept your and Horace's kind invitation for the races, and I shall be looking forward to seeing you both then.

Please also accept my very best wishes for a safe and pleasant journey home, and with many kind regards to both you are Horace, I am,

Always faithfully,

(R. H. Waegen)
