Mr. Germain Seligmann,
3 East 51st Street,
New York City.

Dear Mr. Seligmann:

In acknowledgement of your letter of the 3rd inst., I should be delighted to have you take luncheon with me next Sunday. If you decide you have the time free, I will have my car meet you at North Philadelphia Station of the Pennsylvania Railroad at such time as you suggest. It is about thirty-five minutes' ride from the station my home. Luncheon is usually at one o'clock.

If you come, arrange to remain until early evening at least, as I should like you to see the house artificially lighted.

If you desire to bring your friend, Mr. Haardt, so much the better.

Sincerely,
[[signature]]
