Dear Sirs:

re: Claim against Estate of Michael Dreicer, deceased.

We beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter of October 16th addressed to Mr. Albert S. Ridley, one of the executors of Mr. Michael Dreicer's Estate. Mr. Ridley is at present temporarily unable to attend to business matters on account of illness and we are therefore replying in his stead and beg to advise you that your letter will be called to the attention of the Executors at their next meeting.

We are unable to inform you at the present time as to when you may expect to have your claim settled, as matters of this sort are left largely to the discretion of the Executors.

Very truly yours,
Sullivan + Cromwell
