The fee on domestic registered matter without intrinsic value and for which indemnity is not paid is 15 cents. Consult postmaster as to the specific domestic registry fees and surcharges and as to the registry fees chargeable on registered parcel-post packages for foreign countries. Fees on domestic registered C.O.D. mail range from 25 cents to $1.20. Indemnity claims must be filed within 1 year (C.O.D. 6 months) from date of mailing.
