Dear Willy-

This has been a most interesting war to watch from the side lines. The Japs have done a splendid job here, well planned and executed.

Fay is in the P.I., - at Baquis in the mountains We expect to return to the states via Suez
in the Spring & I hope to go to the war college, Newport, in June.

Glad to see that helium was arranged for, for L Z.  Hope the 130 will be operating next year.

My very best to you, old man, - will hope to see you in the summer.
