General:
I have the honor to request that the buildings numbered 30, 31, and 32 with their lots and No 25 with enough of its lot to give a breadth of ten (10) rods — on High St. Harpers Ferry W. Va. may be transferred to J. M. Brown Disbursing Officer & Actg Quartermasters Agent, in accordance with letter from this Bureau of Jan'y 16, 1868, approved by the Secretary of War and yourself.
