All work shall be guaranteed free from every imperfection of material and workmanship for the space of one year from the completion and acceptance of the work. Fourth. ... In consideration whereof the said H.I. Gregory shall receive for every lineal foot of (7) seven inch gutter, one bead, the sum of (11½) eleven & one -half cents, for every lineal foot of (7) seven inch gutter, two beads, the sum of (13½) thirteen & one -half cents; for every lineal foot of spouting ((2½) two & one half inch) the sum of 11 & one -half cents; for each elbow the sum of (8) eight cents; to be paid for when the work is completed and accepted, after inspection by the designated officer of the Bureau R. F. & A. L. Fifth..... No Member of Congress shall be admitted to any share herein, or any benefit to arise thereupon.
