Sir
We have examined the Roof of the Building used as Head Quarters at Campbell Barrrakcs and find that it can be repaired as follows

The south west side of the Roof will have to have one Thickness of Felt & Pitch and the North East side will need Repairing with Felt and recoating with Pitch. This will make the Roof good for a year longer

The Cost will be one hundred and Sixty dollars ($160 00)
