N.A.A. April 1968. Awards to Civilian Flying Instructors  knew 3 of the FEW honored- 75 at least C.F.I.
N.A.A. 50th Birthday honoring "Big" Bill Mac Cracken by his remarried widow. The change in Bill's hand writing as his rheumatoid arthritis took its toll.
N.A.A. part of Convention Hattie M. (Barnaby then) Aug. 19, 1932.. (Hosteas as always) for Ford Reliability Tour. Choose orchestra for Mayflower Hotel Dance.
Comdr Weems, author of fir st Navy book on Navigation and HMJ. Barnaby chosen best dancers in W.D.C. ..on water not cocktails. We didn't drink but knew how to fake it..so no one wiser. Party.
JIM Ray's landing on White House lawn in Autogyro. 
Hattie M. (Barnaby)..known to Jim as MRS. Weaver WACO) and pre-school age Janet Junkin. Ernie Pyle added Janet's story of it, to the many others, of Janet's were saved for piano lessons from Janet's fifth birthday until grown.
1934 divorce restored the fine name of Mrs. Elwood "Sam" JUNKIN 
E.F.Bahl, (C.F.I. War One.) taught in 1924, Lindbergh to fly. Bahl our Dealer with Robertson Aircraft, St. Louis 1925. Lindbergh flew the Waco Nine back. 8/19/32 Bahl landed WACO NINE Hoover Airport; Lt. Farnsworth flew to Hampton Beach.
