WIDOWED
High fine thoughts
Creative beauty locked
In ferment in my Being

Need for their release
The nourishment of my Being;
The companionship of Spirit,
The brisk walker beside me
In the clear, brisk morning,
On the mild, rainy evening.

Or the lover in the twilight
Summing up that which the eye
And walking encompassed
By blending of Body joys
To complete...

Then released I can make Beauty
In many ways that shall flow
Out into the very air we breathe
And leave the plainest Thing or
Deed...more Beautiful and Strong.

Oh give me Thy Key to pour
Forth..my Treasure.
