[[image]] SECRETARY OF THE NAVY CHARLES FRANCIS ADAMS flies. He gets no thrill from the flight; in fact doesn't expect any. He does not care about the aerial view and is probably wondering what the wild waves are saying during his absence. Nevertheless - he flys.

[[image]] SECRETARY OF COMMERCE ROBERT P. LAMONT believes in patronizing home industry and when he flies uses Commerce Department planes. He enjoys flying, but is busy at his desk most of the time and cannot fly as often as he would like.
