Dear Ralph:- Re your wire received during my absence from the city on pressing personal business; ie, seeking a position that pays more bread and less glory (?) than this one, I attach hereto a copy of a letter which will I hope serve the purpose. I thought the reports had been included in the whole-sale removal of documents to this office after the contest but find this is not true. My purpose in sending them to the N. A.
