The Waco Aircraft Company
Troy Ohio
U.S.A

June 9,
1936.

Mrs. Hattie Junkin,
4536 Lowell St., N.W.,
Washington, D.C.

Dear Mrs. Junkin:

We will be obliged to continue sending corporation mailings to - Mrs. Hattie Meyers Barnaby,
 2803 - 28th St.,
 N.W., Washington, D.C.,
until we, or our Transfer Agents, receive a letter for our files authorizing us to change your mailing address. I suggested this to your attorney but as yet he has not considered it advisable and so the Annual Report was again returned as undelivered. If you prefer to write to the Transfer Agent, The First National Bank, Cincinnati, Ohio, they will correct the stockholders list which we are obliged to follow, and if you care to send in your stock certificate to them you can have it re-issued in your present name.

We are inclosing the Annual Report for 1935 which you failed to receive; however, the six months' audit, which you received in detail previously, is never completed until sometime in August, as of course the work cannot be begun for a number of weeks.

Comparing our sales report as of this date with that of even date last year, we have booked seven orders so far this month as against one during the same period last year. We have delivered and received payment for 62 airplanes since January 1st, as against 35 on the same date last year. Deliveries to date this year have netted $387,273.51 as against $171,182.66 on this date in 1935.

While we are running into the usual obstacles that have to be met by any business, we are hoping that the six months' figures will be very favorable in comparison with some of the recent very trying years.

With kind regards to yourself and family, I am,

Yours very truly,

C.J. Brukner,
President.
