WACO AIRCRAFT COMPANY: A new factory building that will provide fourteen thousand square feet of manufacturing space is now under construction and is expected to be finished within the next sixty days. Usual seasonal decline has caused production to slow up somewhat. Experimental work is now being centered on the development of a plane to be powered with a lower priced, air-cooled engine. This is understood to be a new production motor, which, combined with a moderate priced plane, will enable a manufacturer to offer a complete ship at an attractive figure. It has not been announced when their ship will be introduced.

WACO AIRCRAFT COMPANY: Model F. sales are continuing at a rate that is exceeding original expectations. The demand for this three-place job, powered with either the Warner Scarab or the Kinner K-5, has resulted in it leading all other models on the standard line. An encouraging sign is noted in that a large number of purchases of this ship are private owners, representatives of the ultimate market the plane was designed for. Glider sales are also holding at high levels with many sales reported to have been made by mail, with deliveries as far away as points in Canada. Due to the belief of the company that gliders are a force in promoting aviation, the present model being built has many of the characteristics of the regular plane on the line, including steel fuselages.
