TO: Otto Praeger, Second Assistant Postmaster General.
SUBJECT: Number of hours of flying. 

1. Acknowledge receipt of your letter dated September 5th,
1918, initialed L.F.B., requesting my flying time. 
2. To date I have had a total of seven hundred and fifty 
(750) hours in the air. With the Naval Reserve I flew the Curtiss
flying boats and N 9 seaplane. With the Army I have flown the L.W.F., the Standard J and Standard J A I, the three Curtiss JN models used in training, the Curtiss H and the Curtiss R4.
3. If there is any further information necessary, I shall supply it on request.
