[[underline]] IMPORTANT NOTICE TO AIR PILOTS [[/underline]]

       The F.A.I. Annual License issued by the National Aeronautic Association is required for race meets and other events sanctioned by the Contest Committee of the N.A.A., and conducted in accordance with regulations of the International Aeronautic Federation.
         
       This annual license is issued gratis to airplane, seaplane, airship, and spherical balloon pilots possessing the F.A.I. Certificate, who are in constant training, and to pilots of the regular U.S. Army and Navy Air Service.

       If you have made a solo flight within the past six months and with to apply for the 1924 license, kindly fill out and forward the enclosed form to this office. A suitable photo for your license folder is required.
