Encloses Vouchers for rent of Rooms Balto. Md. belonging to the "Balto. Association" and for rent of Rooms at Wilmington Del. belonging to the "Hiram Grand Lodge Colored Masons"

Requests that the number of Rooms be inserted on the Vouchers, and the signatures of the proper parties be obtained, and the Vouchers then returned to him.
