waiting for the show to begin, & kissed a number of men (including me) on the forehead, leaving some very red marks that took a good deal of rubbing to remove. We got home about 11:45 and I had some crackers & milk & three or four sandwiches & things, which didn't bother my sleep at all.

I have got a new upper set of teeth. A few days ago I found a crack & a small hole in my upper plate, so I went to Dr. Schultze & had a new impression made & the old teeth reset in a new plastic plate. It pinches my gums in one corner & I shall probably have to have it ground down a little.

If next Sat. is a good day, we shall drive up to Winchester to see the [[strikethrough]] cherri [[/strikethrough]] apple blossoms. We have never done so. The Geoffroys have a new car & wanted to take up to Williamsburg but we declined as we tho't it too long a trip. If they offer to take us up there, we shall go with them, otherwise by ourselves. Next Sunday is Plummer Island Field Day so we can't go then.

The oaks are in full blossom & young leaf here at last the black & red oaks. The white oaks are not so far out. We drove down yesterday to see the double flowering cherries at Haines Point. We picked some dandelions yesterday & had them for greens tonight - awful stuff, even without caterpillars in them.

Hope you are not killing yourself studying. Let me know when you need money, or just before you really need it.
