   Flying pioneer and early aeronautical engineer-manufacturer, Edson F. Gallaudet deserves much credit for his many contributions to American aviation history. From the beginning his aeroplanes displayed his unusual creative ability and engineering judgement of basic requirements for the utmost in efficiency and performance. His name will long remain among the pioneers of the aviation industry the world enjoys today.
