the antenna - switching FTO does not require 2 deg/sec. he just wants to see 2 "switches" (3 [[deleted character]] antennas used) over 1 site [NOTE: at 2˚/sec, this could be done in 90 to 135 seconds -> 180-270 degrees of roll (this doesn't require 4 minutes)].
(4) Antenna switching FTO is considered "less important" than mapping
(5) New UHF antenna: Porter doesn't recommend adding another antenna... of 20 bad UHF passes, ~8 were over BDA with a bad pre-amp, 4 over YAR with bad pre-amp, 2-4 over site during teleprinter use, of others over sites when signal strength should have been high enough (by many db). <- suspect squelch?
[He'll send us his report. Proposal -> CCB Monday.]

CAP: (1) talk to Ferguson et al about adding "cartoons" showing the orbiter attitude... particularly during some "odd" maneuvers (e.g. IECM,etc.). Bu & I will go through CAP & scope the effort (locate places), FAO's will think about standardized pictures & CAP system capability
(2) put procedure in to re-freeze-deg [[?]] GPC 3 after √6 has been sent up (presumably in opo 3, possibly betw. OMS-3 & -4 burns). DPS what's involved?
