These two parts complete the Monograph of the Chitonidae by Mr. Pilsbry, who was accorded the use of the unfinished manuscript & drawings relating to the Chitons which had been prepared by the late Dr. P. P. Carpenter under the auspices of the Smithsonian Institution. Mr. Pilsbry also had the used of such specimens belonging to the National Collection as might facilitate his work.
