Respectfully forwarded to Bvt. Col. and Surg. L.A. Edwards USA Chief Med. Officer with remark. That the increase of pay on the contract of Dr. Becker and Jas. Brown was thought justified considering the large amount of extra work performed by them on account of the increase of patients.
It was also deemed necessary to employ two more Laundresses for the same reason.
