April 27th 1867 Requests that Jane Sembly (insane) freedwoman be sent to Freedmens Village Va or to an Asylum for insane people. This woman lives on N. St. bet. 4 1/2 & 6th Street & Island & has been attended by Dr. Wash. Kilmer who states that she is becoming unmanagible & must be provided for.
