Respy forwarded. Mr. Roberts was discharged on the 23rd of August 1867. at which time by direction of the Ass't Comr. D.C. Mr. S.S. Chamberlin Supt. of Wisewell Bks was also placed in charge of East Capitol Barracks and as he has improved the condition of the Bks and collected the Rent promptly and in increased amounts. I do not think a change is necessary.
